For online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card once the order is completed.
In case the order is canceled due to stock issues or other reasons, the refund will be processed to your credit card within 7 business days.

Your order will be handed over to the courier company within the processing time after confirmation.

If you suspect your package has been damaged during transport, inspect the package in the presence of the courier at the time of delivery.
If you notice any damage to the product, request a damage report from the courier company and do not accept the package.
Once the product is received, it is considered that the courier company has fulfilled its obligation properly.
